Am very much looking forward to reading much more of your experiences, especially as I'm having to gulp down dollops of 'Organizational BBehaviour' from both theory and cases. But then there are others who will think so much before saying anything and everything..and you will never get to know when to trust and when not to trust them.. Problem comes when you are the former kinds and others the later.. You end up repending again and again for being honest and others take advantage of that..
