Trust - An element between Dream and Nightmare?
October 23, 06 by Bharani“…The only element that keeps people from being terrified from each other is trust - the moment it is lost, people became nightmares to each other…” [RK Narayanan in one of his novels]
A Powerful statement that echoes the day-to-day human interactions in organizations, businesses and any community. For the past 4 months, I have learnt and observed a lot about organizational dynamics around me and involving me. For quite some time, I have been pondering to jot down the key points in a abstract way. I have not blogged for past few days, but each day I missed my blog very much.
Atleast I have set the tone for the upcoming posts.

Trust..hmm such a delicate thing
There are ppl who are inherently honest and thats how they behave always..they are straightforward..and expect the same kind of behavior from others around them.
But then there are others who will think so much before saying anything and everything..and you will never get to know when to trust and when not to trust them..
Problem comes when you are the former kinds and others the later.. You end up repending again and again for being honest and others take advantage of that..
But what od you do in such a case
Do you also become like them :-/

Hi Bharani,
The last two blogs were after what would seem like a longish span of time. Am very much looking forward to reading much more of your experiences, especially as I’m having to gulp down dollops of ‘Organizational BBehaviour’ from both theory and cases. Need some ground zero reality checkups on those.
Hope you had a pleasant Diwali.
Cheers & Regards,
Chirantan
P.S: Your Scooter Mama post was too moving for me to comment and let you know the same.
