Infact this is what is called as "Metabolic rate" by my CEO. Though we are not a startup, I can see signs of increased metabolic rate around me in the form of hiring top notch talents (dual degree, MBAs, Phds), open minded flexibility - ex Mck types working in IT, IT guys working business & marketing and above all 2/3 of the board are expats. While you have the advantage of starting fresh while we face the challenge of dealing with inertia of old timers.
